Present Day owners
The new owners of the Broadview Georgian Townhouses (Noel & Susan Cox) have a deep appreciation for the history and charm of the development, which is reflected in their approach to renovating and restoring the properties. The owners first purchased one of the townhouses in 2005, followed by a second in 2008, a third in 2018, and a fourth in 2019. These purchases were a labour of love, and the owners were committed to preserving many of the original features of the homes, while also making necessary updates to create a comfortable and modern living space. Over the years, the owners have carefully restored features such as the sliding sash windows, ornate plasterwork, and grand fireplaces, which all contribute to the charm and character of the townhouses. The owners have worked tirelessly to maintain the historic integrity of the buildings (originally known as Victoria Terrace), while also making improvements to enhance the liveability and comfort of the homes. Through their dedication and attention to detail, the new owners have created a luxurious lakeside living community that is a true reflection of the townhouses’ rich history and architectural significance.
